Responsibility:
- In charge of customer Credit Management, including credit risk evaluation, credit account management etc.;
- Manage regular AP&AR reconciliation;
- Support Supply Chain Financing and L/C business operation, especially in sales risk management;
- Support country/region Sales manager with planning and monitoring of budget, including budget application and payment status, allocation budget in sales channel etc.;
- Identify the product profitability by analyzing product sales performance and financial analysis model to support local business development;
- Organize and manage monthly business performance analysis review;
- Cooperate with relevant teams to support regular sales operation;
- Other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study;
- Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
- Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
- Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;
- Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date;
- Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign Three Parties Internship Agreement.
