ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Sales Team in Spain. This role will be responsible for analysing and interpreting business data to support our Management Team.
This position is essential for monitoring performance, guiding strategic decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our commercial goals and drive business success.
MAIN TASKS
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyse regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales trends and performance.
- Performance Insight: Analyse sales figures and communicate insights and recommendations to team members and management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the commercial team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business figures and dynamics.
- Strategic Planning: Actively contribute to sales planning processes, including preparing sales plans, budgets, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Sales Performance Management: Track and report on the performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement.
- Pricing Strategy: Follow up and update price lists in accordance with the commercial policy.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders across the supply chain, marketing, and finance departments, as well as project teams at the HQ level.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Maths or Economics
- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken & written)
- Fluent in English is required (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in a similar position (3 years), preferably within the consumer goods or small domestic appliances industry.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis.
