What we look for?

We are looking for a SAP MM/PP Business Analyst, to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports SAP ECC and related software
- Knowledge of Logistic techniques, methods, and tools. Subject matter best practices
- Knowledge of SAP Reporting capabilities
- Develops process documentation for processes and procedures
- Participate in Service Desk function to resolve user related support calls
- Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality
- Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality
- Translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications
- Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications
- Develop training outlines for end-users

Mandatory requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices
- Knowledge of SAP in specified area
- 3-7 years of business experience in functional area
- 2-4 years of SAP experience
- 4 year degree or 5-7 years experience in related area
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, equivalent work experience acceptable
- Relevant technical certificates a plus
- 4+ years of related technical work experience
- Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must
- Able to assume and complete assignments independently
- Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Strong project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

The Business Analyst ensures the liaison between the business side and the IT side of an IT project. The Business Analyst is knowledgeable in the business and in the applications of his area and bridges both. The Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis and all related documentation for his allocated IT projects. The Business Analyst defines how the scope of the IT project will be implemented within the existing applications, working closely with the software development team. Their role includes establishing and maintaining strong regional relations for knowledge sharing and activities to achieve synergy with other BAs in the region, as well as with business units and regional/group teams.

• Bridges business and IT solutions manages business relations with stakeholders (including key users, lab managers, and business unit managers) on IT initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Providers regular updates on assigned requirements

Technical tasks

• Defines requirements, user stories, test cases
• Work with the Product Owner to prioritise requirements

Education Background:

• Educational background in the fields of Healthcare and/or information systems.

Experience:

• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps
• Experience aligning IT with business initiatives.
• Experience in project coordination and project management.
• Experience in specifying requirements on business applications
• Experience with ERP like deployment projects in a mid-size organization

Language requirement:

• Near Fluent English is a must [C1 level proficiency is expected, B2+ is a minimum]

Tus Responsabilidades

Como Trainee Business Analyst en el área de clientes, la persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de la analítica de datos comerciales y de cliente y, junto con su manager, identificará oportunidades de negocio.

Para ello, sus principales funciones serán:

• Análisis de datos para entender el comportamiento de los clientes.
• Seguimiento y medición del éxito de las iniciativas de desarrollo de clientes.
• Dar soporte al Project Owner para detectar oportunidades y áreas de mejora según los resultados de los análisis realizados.
• Elaboración de documentación y presentaciones
• Acompañar a la unidad en el plan de desarrollo de clientes.
  
  

• Formación universitaria relacionada con ADE, Física, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería o Ciencias Actuariales.
• Preferiblemente experiencia en el sector de seguros, banca, farmacéutica, venta masiva, mercado en línea y otros sectores afines.
• Dominio del inglés (hablado y escrito).
• Dominio alto de las herramientas de ofimática (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
• Valorable experiencia en Power BI y Python.
• Compromiso con la organización y responsabilidad.
• Capacidad analítica, toma de decisiones y desarrollo de nuevos enfoques.
• Capacidad de síntesis e interpretación de resultados.

• Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboración con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mínimo de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión.
• Jornada parcial de 9 h a 14 h.
• El formato de trabajo será inicialmente presencial y, tras concluir el periodo de formación, se podrá adaptar a un modelo híbrido a determinar según las necesidades del equipo.
