The role
As the Business Analyst Team Lead, you will be a strategic member of our Finance Operations team based in Barcelona. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights, foster data-driven decision-making, and support company-wide initiatives. What will you be doing?
- Define, monitor, and evolve KPIs that measure business health and progress toward strategic goals.
- Lead business reviews, providing performance insights to executives and key stakeholders.
- Conduct cross-functional analyses to identify trends, surface growth opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Deliver scenario analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making on high-impact business decisions (e.g., new market entries, product initiatives).
- Own and drive end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment to execution and impact measurement.
- Maintain and elevate standards for data quality, governance, and consistency across domains.
- Promote data literacy within the organization by developing documentation and training materials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 analysts with varying experience levels and backgrounds.
- Act as a bridge between Finance and key teams like Customer Care, Supplier Relations, and Product, ensuring alignment on business goals and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects by highlighting operational capacity constraints and their strategic implications.
- Tenured experience in Business Analytics, at least 2 years leading and coordinating diverse, multicultural analyst teams, including both senior and junior profiles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA a plus).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you can explain complex ideas in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role
We are seeking a competent BA to join our team at Nestle. As a BA, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in the area of Demand and Supply Planning, specifically supporting our ongoing OMP rollout and our existing SAP APO solutions.
In your role, you will contribute to end-to-end design for larger integrated projects and programs according to the priorities set by the Product Group for Demand and Supply Planning working closely with architects and other colleagues from the product team.
