The role

As the Business Analyst Team Lead, you will be a strategic member of our Finance Operations team based in Barcelona. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights, foster data-driven decision-making, and support company-wide initiatives. What will you be doing?

• Define, monitor, and evolve KPIs that measure business health and progress toward strategic goals.

The role

We are seeking a competent BA to join our team at Nestle. As a BA, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in the area of Demand and Supply Planning, specifically supporting our ongoing OMP rollout and our existing SAP APO solutions.

In your role, you will contribute to end-to-end design for larger integrated projects and programs according to the priorities set by the Product Group for Demand and Supply Planning working closely with architects and other colleagues from the product team. You will primarily be responsible for system and process integration. You will participate in discovery initiatives working collaboratively with like-minded colleagues internally in Supply Chain as well as with Transversal teams to deliver leading edge solutions that exceed business expectations as priority by maximizing the re-use of existing products and services.
