Aurora Visual provides top-notch virtual design and 3D visualization for the real estate industry, specializing in properties still under development or in conceptual stages. Aurora Visual aims to tackle the challenge of selling under-development properties, offering an alternative to costly and time-consuming physical models and showrooms. Their Property Sales and Marketing tool helps clients accelerate their sales cycles by 45%, engaging potential buyers and aiding in faster, better decision-making.
Role Description
This is a contract role for an Area Sales Manager, based on-site in Barcelona. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying, approaching, and visiting architectural firms and real estate development companies, building relationships with existing clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment of strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in real estate sales, marketing is mandatory
- Proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong personal network and existing connections with real estate developers (mandatory)
- virtual design industries is a plus
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and reach out to potential clients
- Prospect new real estate developers and projects in the region
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demos (online and on-site)
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (developers, sales directors, marketing managers)
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs
