Desde We Hunt, estamos colaborando con una compañía del sector dermocosmético y tecnología estética, que desarrolla y comercializa productos de alta gama. Buscamos incorporar un/a Supply Chain Manager con enfoque estratégico y operativo, que quiera ser parte clave del desarrollo y escalado internacional de la compañía.
La persona seleccionada se integrará en un entorno dinámico, de fuerte crecimiento y con visión global y con oportunidades de impacto real en la organización.
Misión y funciones
La persona incorporada será responsable de toda la cadena de suministro global, con las siguientes funciones:
Gestión de proveedores y compras internacionales y nacionales:
- Coordinación y validación de pedidos con proveedores asiáticos y locales.
- Supervisión de la evaluación, selección y homologación de proveedores estratégicos.
- Negociación de condiciones logísticas y comerciales y mejora de las condiciones de pago.
Logística internacional y distribución:
- Coordinación del transporte (marítimo y aéreo) y agentes logísticos de importación.
- Supervisión de tiempos de entrega, control de costes y eficiencia de operaciones.
- Gestión de inventarios y optimización del stock en los distintos almacenes de la compañía.
Regulación y documentación técnica y legal:
- Control de documentación la técnica de producto. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo (cosmética y tecnología estética) en mercados internacionales.
- Coordinación con departamentos legales y técnicos para procesos de certificación y registro.
- Certificados de la cámara de comercio.
Rentabilidad y control financiero:
- Pricing. Control de márgenes por referencia y rentabilidad por SKU.
- Coordinación con el equipo financiero para asegurar el control de costes y el cumplimiento presupuestario.

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)
Buscamos una persona dinámica y abierta al aprendizaje, con experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en un puesto similar, preferentemente en sectores como cosmética, tecnología estética o dispositivos médicos.
Los requisitos técnicos del perfil son los siguientes:
- Formación superior en Ingeniería, ADE, Comercio Internacional o similar.
- Nivel muy alto de inglés (imprescindible); valorable chino.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas) y ERP de fabricación / producción y gestión. Se valorará muy positivamente los conocimientos en Power BI.
- Dominio del entorno internacional, especialmente con proveedores asiáticos.
- Conocimientos de normativas regulatorias de producto en mercados europeos e internacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de análisis, planificación y negociación.

This role can be based in one of our offices in Paris, Milan, Madrid, or Munich.
Amazon is looking for an experienced, customer focused analytical leader to join the EU Fashion Team.
As Strategic Supply Chain Manager you will own defining and executing a Supply Chain Roadmap with several of our most loved brands in Fashion. You will collaborate with a team of Product and Programs managers and Brand Specialists to drive operational process improvements for the vendors with a goal of maximizing product availability and executional excellence.
In this critical role, you are going to help redefining Supply Chain to align it with Amazon procurement systems and to bring collaboration with strategic Fashion vendors to a next level. You will be involved in all aspects of vendor operations management and Supply Chain optimization. In this role, you need to be able to lead and influence both internal stakeholders as well as our vendors in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.
Key job responsibilities
Key areas of focus include identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning, optimizing end-to-end supply chain integration with a goal of reducing waste and carbon emissions. You will analyze production and delivery lead-times and operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations and fulfillment, efficient receive process and inventory placement. This role enables you to "hit the ground running" and make transformation impact on how we manage supply chain in one of the most exciting businesses.
A day in the life
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate an ownership of supply chain efficiencies and will play a critical role in helping Amazon to build, manage and optimize a complex procurement system that continues to evolve and expand. You will analyze metrics and be involved with all aspects of operational vendor management. You must be highly organized, self-starting, highly analytical and be able to thrive in a high energy environment. Ideally, you will bring previous experience in supply chain and/or operations consulting.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management and/or project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Leading process improvement with a help of techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Strong written and oral communication
- Experience in building and managing partnerships with business partners and/or external customers up to an executive level
- Fluency in languages including German, Spanish, Italian or French will be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain
- Consulting background in one of areas: supply chain, inventory management, partner management
- Familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques
- Excellent business judgment, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.

A day in the life
Being a Supply Chain Manager for Amazon involves lots of problem solving. You’ll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges as and when situations impact our network. You’ll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives. This role is both proactive and reactive, and you’ll have the opportunity to help forecast and plan for new projects.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll need to help with both on-the-ground tasks and more tactical work. No two days will be the same. You could spend one day helping to define our supply chain and operating models and the next assisting with a site’s resource plan for a busy period. Having so much variety in your role means you’ll be able to learn something new every day.
This role can be carried out from our corporate locations in London (LHR16 UK), Milan (LIN11 IT)and Madrid (MAD12 ES).

Basic Qualifications
- A degree
- Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Relevant experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
