About The Team

Your Role

What You Will Bring

¿Cuál será tu misión en este puesto?
Tu objetivo será liderar la creación y evolución de una infraestructura híbrida distribuida para el Medical Information and Model Management System. Formarás parte de un equipo pequeño (<5 personas) con mucha autonomía y responsabilidad, trabajando directamente con un Director General de Proyecto joven, apasionado por la tecnología con propósito.

Funciones:
- Diseñar e implementar una arquitectura moderna basada en microservicios, bases de datos multimodelo y entornos serverless.
- Contribuir al desarrollo y mejora de una arquitectura patentada, aportando ideas innovadoras.
- Documentar procesos y decisiones técnicas de forma clara y estructurada.

Requisitos:

- Alguien metódico y autónomo, que documente con claridad, proponga mejoras y sea capaz de entregar soluciones robustas bajo presión y con visión de largo plazo.

As a DevOps & Development Expert you are taking part in the next phase of our tooling harmonization initiative, to provide the best services towards our development teams and to improve the adoption of standard tools throughout the organization.

You work closely with several stakeholders, product owners, system architects and developer teams. Together with them, you will shape the tooling and processes for developing high quality and secure software assets.

Our Development Platform Center of Excellence is responsible for providing the development tool chain, application scaffolders and test automation standards to simplify and standardize development activities across all teams.

We are building a state-of-the-art e-platform to share development experience in different teams between countries and branches as well as harmonizing our extensive development platform.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Develops CI/CD solutions for the services developed and operated by the team

• Develops IaC based solutions for creating and maintaining the infrastructure of the services operated by the team

• Supports customers in the onboarding process and regular usage of these services

• Monitors the operating environment of these services and responds to incidents

• Participates actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, and/or other knowledge exchanges.

Qualifications

Professional with expertise in

1. State-of-the-art CI/CD best practices, experience with setting up and maintaining build and deployment pipelines

2. CD technologies, especially geared towards Kubernetes and public cloud, especially ArgoCD and Helm

3. Container and container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker

4. Cloud platforms, including AWS (Must) and Azure (optional)
