Tareas

• Diseñar, desarrollar e industrializar soluciones “end to end” basadas en la transformación de datos.


• Coordinar y priorizar proyectos de datos, asegurando su entrega en tiempo y forma.


• Implementar pipelines de datos y procesos automatizados para diversas aplicaciones empresariales.


• Integrar y mantener soluciones en plataformas avanzadas como Apache Airflow y Jupyter Notebooks.


• Gestionar el control de versiones y procesos de CI/CD a través de herramientas de control de versionado GitLab/GitHub.

Requisitos

• Residencia en Barcelona.


• Formación: STEM. Grado en Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería, Informática o experiencia equivalente.


• Experiencia laboral diseñando e industrializando soluciones “end to end” basadas en transformación de datos.


• Lenguajes de programación: Python y SQL (otros lenguajes como R serán valorados).


• Plataformas: Apache Airflow y Jupyter Notebooks.


• Control de versiones: Experiencia con GitLab/GitHub y/o manejo de procesos CI/CD.

Deseables:

• Experiencia con la suite de Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).


• Herramienta de transformación de datos: DBT.


• Conocimiento en herramientas de BI (QlikSense, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).


• Familiaridad con el ciclo de vida de procesos de Machine Learning y LLMs.


• Conocimientos básicos en IA Generativa.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI

Experiencia mínima de 1 año en implantación y soporte de proyectos IT.

Conocimientos en Sistemas de virtualización con VMWare / Hyper-V

Infraestructura hiperconvergente Nutanix

Configuración y administración de Firewalls (preferiblemente Fortinet y/o Palo Alto)

Administración de switches (preferiblemente Cisco y/o HP Aruba)

Migración y uso de herramientas avanzadas M365 (Azure AD Connect, Intune, Sharepoint, Onedrive y Teams)

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance Machine Learning solutions using best software engineering practices

• Define and implement best practices in Media Measurement’s Data Science solutions with a focus on end-to-end management of the model lifecycle using MLOps practices

• Ability to fluidly communicate in an English business environment 
• PhD or master's degree that reflects computer science/engineering and statistical/mathematical skills and 4+   years of experience 
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python and the respective Machine Learning ecosystem  
• Solid computer science/engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, computability and complexity and computer architecture, software design principles and patterns and testing strategies 
• Solid expertise in distributed computing in the cloud, dealing with enormous amounts of data and distributed computations 
• Knowledge of Math, Statistics and Machine Learning (e.g., statistical tests, classification, predictive modelling, handling of missing data, sampling, weighting) 
• Working experience with agile development practices is a plus

Your mission? To support biologics and antibody drug discovery through cutting-edge technology in our Biologics Discovery Platform.

Accountabilities:

What will you achieve in this role?

- Create secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure for application development.
- Deploy and maintain self-serve engineering platform tools and applications for CI/CD, observability, security, and more.
- Monitor cloud costs and usage patterns to optimize expenses and reduce the CO2 footprint of our applications.
- Align with the central cloud security team to ensure our infrastructure meets enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance.
- Regularly update infrastructure with minimal downtime.
- Build standardized CI/CD shared pipelines for use across multiple projects.
- Implement infrastructure monitoring and continuously improve availability.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- In-depth experience with setup, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud services.

- Good understanding of containerization and orchestration (K8S experience preferable).
- Experience in cloud design.
- Experience in system maintenance, recovery, and administration across Linux and Windows.
- Basic understanding of database systems (Relational/NoSQL).
- Experienced user of Git with understanding of branching and Git flows.
- Good knowledge of IT Security, particularly how it pertains to running services in the Cloud.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash or similar.
