Desde Nuclio Talent estamos en búsqueda de un/a Sales Full Cycle que lidere el proceso comercial de principio a fin para una empresa de soluciones innovadoras para la gestión y optimización de procesos logísticos.
Buscamos una persona orientada a resultados, con visión estratégica y experiencia en el sector healthcare.
¿Cuáles son las funciones y responsabilidades de un/a Sales Executive?
- Prospección activa de nuevos clientes en hospitales, laboratorios, clínicas privadas y empresas farmacéuticas.
- Gestión integral del proceso de venta: identificación de oportunidades, elaboración de propuestas personalizadas, negociación y cierre.
- Colaboración directa con otros departamentos para adaptar las soluciones a las necesidades específicas del sector salud.
- Participación en la definición de estrategias comerciales para impulsar la nueva división de healthcare.
- Asistencia a ferias y eventos sectoriales
Para destacar en este rol, necesitas:
- Experiencia previa mínima de 3 años en ventas B2B, especialmente en el sector healthcare, farma, hospitales o laboratorios.
- Acostumbrado/a a liderar procesos de venta de principio a fin (full cycle).
- Perfil orientado a captación de nuevas cuentas (hunter) y crecimiento de negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación al cliente.
- Nivel alto de inglés (valorable).
- Se valorará formación en Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia, Biotecnología o áreas afines.

What will you do?
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature (full-cycle role).
- Identify, research, and prospect new clients across the Nordic region.
- Launch targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, social).
- Deliver impactful live platform demos to key decision-makers (C-levels, HR Directors, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Lead end-to-end sales negotiations from first contact through to contract closure.
- Forecast sales revenue accurately and maintain full pipeline visibility.
- Represent the company at key industry fairs, trade shows, and public events.
- Set Quarterly and Annual OKRs in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Leaders.
- Maintain close collaboration with SDRs and the Sales Team to optimize lead conversion.
- Proactively recommend new strategies to streamline the sales process and drive expansion.
Candidate profile
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) with strong English skills (spoken and written).
- Highly driven with a "no excuses" mindset and strong sense of personal accountability.
- Passionate about overcoming challenges and achieving ambitious targets.
- Proactive problem-solver with the courage to take initiative and learn from mistakes.
- Adaptable to dynamic, fast-evolving business environments.

About The Account Executive Role...

You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. You will have the chance to learn about the challenges that accommodation providers face, and offer a solution that will bring value to their day-to-day and bottom line. Joining SiteMinder as the leader in dynamic hotel revenue management, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the sector.
We won't throw you into the deep end - you'll be trained on our products, industry and sales processes. We have a month-long sales training and onboarding program to make sure you are set up for success. You will be supported by a dedicated sales coach and a buddy, as well as your team leader, who will coach and motivate you to achieve your professional goals.

What You'll Do...
- Client acquisition - Create new opportunities and upsell current customers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo and closing.
- Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets and finalize all sales in a timely manner.
- Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins.
- CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system.
- Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.
- Partner management – Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend key functions and events, requiring occasional travel to client locations to attend meetings with relevant managers.
- Fluent in Spanish (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
- A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills
- Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
