RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Desarrollo y prospección comercial en clientes dentro del ámbito de los servicios de ingeniería e IT.
• Administrar, retener y aumentar las ventas y la relación con el cliente, incluida la captación de nuevos clientes y el mantenimiento y renovación de los ya existentes.
• Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y asegurar la entrega del servicio de forma efectiva y en la calidad exigida por la compañía.
• Asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes, analizar el negocio y los flujos de trabajo y desarrollar una red de contactos dentro de las cuentas.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector, analizando el mercado y ofreciendo perspectivas de negocio.

REQUISITOS:

• Experiencia previa en gestión de cuentas.
• Experiencia previa en la captación de nuevos clientes.
• Visión en la gestión estratégica de portafolio de clientes o cuentas.
• Capacidad analítica y habilidades de negociación.
• Habilidad de entender, estructurar y resolver las necesidades de los clientes.
• Inglés intermedio o avanzado.

Tu misión principal será la captación comercial y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes de la división bajo los parámetros comerciales y financieros establecidos.

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar la prospección comercial

- Responsabilidad completa sobre la presupuestación de nuevas operaciones y de la actualización anual de tarifas

- Desarrollar el Plan de acción comercial sobre las empresas ubicadas en su zona para la captación de nuevos clientes.

- Coordinación de su actividad comercial tanto con el equipo de Preventium , el resto de DDN de AO, como con las DR´s de staffing y las Direcciones Sectoriales del grupo.

- Elaboración y desarrollo de las propuestas comerciales en función a las indicaciones del Tom de producto, siguiendo todas las indicaciones jurídicas, financieras y operacionales.

- Presentación del producto para clientes, asesoramiento y dimensionamiento.

- Negociar con el cliente respetando los parámetros financieros establecidos por el/la Director/a de División; MB, PMC.

Requisitos
Requisitos:

- Valorable formación relacionada con el área.

- Se valorarán cursos de postgrado sobre ventas, gestión de equipos, recursos humanos, PRL, etc..

- Necesaria experiencia en la venta, diseño y puesta en marcha de servicios de outsourcing especializado, según los TOMs de cada división.

- Mínimo de 2 años en organización de procesos de outsourcing en cualquier función de responsabilidad dentro del área de negocio de su División.

- Valorable la experiencia en tareas de consultoría en el sector de negocio de su División. Sobre todo, con proyectos grandes como paradas técnicos/as, etc.
