En Grupo PSN nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Gestor/a de Contenidos creativo/a para liderar la presencia de la marca en plataformas digitales y redes sociales. Serás responsable de la planificación, creación y publicación de contenido que impulse el engagement y fortalezca la comunidad digital.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

• Contribuir al planteamiento, desarrollo, adecuación y ejecución de la estrategia de contenidos en redes sociales, alineada con los objetivos de la compañía.
• Colaboración continua con el resto del equipo de Comunicación y Marketing para asegurar esa alineación con los objetivos, públicos y mensaje de PSN.
• Planificación, programación y publicación de contenido multiformato en las plataformas sociales de la marca, apoyado por Diseño y de Comunicación para la creación de dicho contenido.
• Gestión de la comunidad digital.
• Monitorización y adecuación de la estrategia para la obtención de resultados.

¿Qué requisitos cumples?

• Cuentas con formación en Social Media, siendo deseable haber cursado estudios de Comunicación, Marketing Digital o similar.
• Tienes experiencia en gestión de redes sociales y creación de contenidos (2 años o más), valorable en el sector asegurador o financiero.
• Cuentas con conocimiento de los públicos, formatos, dinámicas y buenas prácticas de las principales plataformas sociales.
• Tienes capacidad para crear y adaptar mensajes y contenidos que conecten con la audiencia.
• Dominas herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.
• Valorable experiencia en desarrollo y gestión de campañas de pago en las principales plataformas.

• Identify emerging trends, then conceptualize and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own every step of the process—from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analyzing performance—to ensure each piece performs impeccably.
• Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and drive growth.
• Partner with creatives to ensure high-quality execution of media requests. Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential, and keep the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
• Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning, and scaling initiatives that are essential to achieving continuous growth for our team and products.

The selection process
