SoBirds Creative Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager with experience in working with a camera (not a phone)

We’re looking for someone who navigates the world of social media with ease, can independently create both conceptual and visual content, and feels confident behind a camera or with professional photo/video equipment (not just a smartphone). We need someone who not only has ideas for content but can also bring them to life — from shooting to editing to publishing.

What we’re looking for:

– Experience in managing brand profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

– Strong understanding of trends and ability to create engaging content (feed, reels, stories)

– Ability to shoot simple video and photo content (camera or DSLR)

– Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, InShot, VN)

– Familiarity with Canva and basic knowledge of Photoshop (PSD)

– Independence and good organizational skills

- Good command of English – we work in English on a daily basis, communicate with clients, and create content (including social media posts) in English.

Nice to have:

– Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry

– Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads)

– A good eye for aesthetics and strong writing skills

– Personal activity in social media and original content
