Operamos principalmente en España pero con proyectos también en mercados internacionales como Latinoamérica, Holanda, Alemania y Francia. Queremos incorporar a un/a Sales Manager con experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B y alma de hunter. Alguien al que le apasione prospectar en frío, que tenga confianza para cerrar contratos y que entienda el mindset startup: velocidad, autonomía y obsesión por los resultados.
- Buscar nuevas oportunidades comerciales a través de LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling, Ads, bases de datos y cualquier canal que pueda traer resultados.
- Agendar y llevar a cabo reuniones con clientes potenciales, entender su negocio y evaluar si Flows puede ayudarles.
- Preparar propuestas comerciales, resolver objeciones y cerrar acuerdos negociando condiciones.
- Usar herramientas como HubSpot para mantener actualizado el CRM, priorizar oportunidades y prever ingresos.
- Tendrás autonomía total para proponer, ejecutar y optimizar procesos comerciales. Serás parte activa de las decisiones estratégicas, desde el pricing hasta la definición de nuevas industrias objetivo o países en los que expandirnos.
- Español nativo e inglés fluido.
- +3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B (idealmente en entornos de agencia, SaaS o startups).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización de correo electrónico, técnicas de prospección y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia demostrada prospectando y cerrando ventas outbound.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar jornada completa en nuestro Coworking de Ruzafa, Valencia (con flexibilidad horaria).

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the next iteration of our Client platform´s services, collaborating both in the development and delivery of new products but also in the improvement and automation of existing ones.

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your primary goal is to identify prospects, assess their needs, and schedule meetings with the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Leverage sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software to research and engage with potential customers.
- Customize outreach strategies by researching prospects' goals, market trends, and pain points.
- Educate prospects on how Vonage API solutions can address their business challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and insights in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to refine messaging and improve sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and new opportunities.
- Fluent Spanish is required, Italian is a big advantage
- A proactive and determined mindset with a passion for delivering solutions to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of outreach efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with a strong ability to listen and engage.
- A highly collaborative approach with a focus on teamwork and shared success.
- Creativity in prospecting strategies and the ability to take initiative.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
- Previous experience in Sales Development, particularly in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is preferred. However, we welcome candidates eager to develop their sales careers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools is an advantage.

Sobre el Rol:
Asistir al equipo de marketing en la planificación, desarrollo y ejecución de campañas de marketing para promocionar los productos de la empresa dentro de la industria del Software Saas Tecnológico.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de campañas de marketing.
- Asistir en la coordinación de actividades promocionales tales como ferias comerciales o seminarios web.
- Realizar investigaciones sobre audiencias objetivo y tendencias de mercado.
- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y desarrollo de productos para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias de marketing.
- Ayudar en el diseño de materiales y contenido de marketing.
- Analizar los resultados de las campañas y proporcionar recomendaciones para mejoras.
- Apoyar los esfuerzos de marketing en redes sociales y en línea
Cualificaciones:
La posición requiere conocimientos a nivel de grado o en una formación profesional superior sin experiencia laboral.
Habilidades Requeridas:

Rango de Pago y Paquete de Compensación:
Rango de pago desde 18.000,00€ brutos anuales, con flexibilidad horaria y conciliación familiar.

Tu principal objetivo será generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para Catcher, contactando con potenciales clientes (restaurantes, comercios, cadenas…) y cualificándolos para que los Account Executives puedan cerrar acuerdos de alto impacto.
- Investigar, identificar y generar leads cualificados en sectores clave (restauración, dark kitchens, local heroes…).
- Contactar a prospectos vía llamadas, emails y mensajes personalizados con un enfoque consultivo.
- Realizar presentaciones breves sobre el valor de nuestra solución, adaptando el pitch a las necesidades de cada potencial cliente.
- Coordinar reuniones para el equipo de ventas.
- Actualizar y gestionar la información en nuestro CRM.
- Recoger feedback del mercado para proponer mejoras al equipo de producto y estrategia.
- Aportas experiencia previa (mínimo 1 año) en ventas B2B, desarrollo de negocio o SDR, especialmente en sectores como delivery, restauración, logística o SaaS.
- Te gusta trabajar por objetivos y tenés una fuerte mentalidad de crecimiento.
- Eres una persona proactiva, comunicativa y con mucha capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza desde el primer contacto.
- Estás familiarizado con herramientas CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce…) y no le tienes miedo al Excel.
- Hablas español de forma nativa y tienes buen nivel de inglés (¡plus si dominas otros idiomas!).
- Incorporación inmediata a una de las startups europeas con mayor proyección en delivery de última milla.
