THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a keen interest in automation technology, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As the Visual Designer, you will support the day-to-day activities of the automation solutions within the Operations Team. Working closely with senior team members and Project Managers, you will assist in maintaining efficient workflow processes, support technical updates, and provide guidance on the use of new automation tools and technologies.

• Design and adapt high-quality visual assets for different markets across Europe.
• Apply strong editorial design sensibility to maintain visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Execute image modifications, including product retouching and background recreation, with precision and creativity.
• Follow brand guidelines and production specs with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Work efficiently to deliver high volumes of content under tight deadlines

The responsibilities of the role:

• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients. Understand their needs, business goals, and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
• Multi-market project leadership: oversee the execution of D2C campaigns across various European markets, ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting market context.
• Cross-departments coordination: collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, media… to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Operational efficiency: drive the implementation of internal processes for project delivery within CoE model ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Budget controlling / management: monitor financial performance, ensure profitability and oversee time billing and reconciliations.

Experience and Skills:

• Solid experience (3 years min) as a visual or graphic designer within advertising, digital fields with Automation tools (ex. GWD, Celtra, Figma, Bannerflow, Adlayer, etc.)
• Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting issues related to automation systems.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• A practical test will be required to assess visual modification and background recreation skills.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and deliver pixel-perfect results.
• Is preferred native speakers of: English, French, German, Nordic and Eastern European languages.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements and help implement new solutions within the studio environment.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Midjourney.
• Experience with automation tools to streamline creative production.
• Understanding of brand systems and the ability to adapt layouts across formats.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of your work.
