We’re looking for a Graduate Functional Banking Consultant to join our Qaracter Academy, where you’ll get hands-on experience with banking products, processes, and client projects, supported by an expert team.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Learn the ins and outs of banking products and operations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in real projects that impact financial processes.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams while receiving mentorship from experienced consultants.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn banking processes and client-facing skills.
• B2+ English Level.
