🎯 Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing & Design Specialist

Crystal Sound is an international company that develops and manufactures innovative audio systems and AI-powered solutions for tourism, museums, and cultural events.

We are actively expanding our marketing and brand presence across Europe (Italy, Spain, France, and the United Kingdom), participating in major international exhibitions and launching new digital products.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing & Design Specialist to support our Marketing Director with content creation, visual materials, and daily coordination tasks.

🔹 Main Responsibilities

✏️ Design and adaptation of marketing materials: brochures, catalogues, business cards, banners, product packaging.

📱 Management and growth of corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): creating and publishing posts, stories, and short videos.

📸 Content creation: photos and short video clips of products, team events, and exhibitions.

🧩 Participation in the preparation of branded materials (product packaging design, merchandising, presentations).

💬 Support for email and PR campaigns, and updating website content.

📆 Assistance in organizing trade fairs and events (FITUR, BIT, TTG, Seatrade Europe, and others).

🗂️ Preparation of visual and content materials for partners and clients.

🔹 Requirements

Basic experience or confident skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.).

Understanding of content marketing principles and visual storytelling.

Ability to shoot and edit photos and short videos (knowledge of CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools is a plus).

Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.

Good command of English (knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an advantage).

Availability to work mainly from the office, with one remote workday per week.

Working hours

🏢 Office-based: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 16:00

🏠 Remote work: Friday (work from home)

Salary

💶 1,300 € net per month (after taxes)

Contract & Trial Period

📄 Employment contract according to Spanish law
