#Join us in enabling drones to populate our skies
At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.
We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.
The future of autonomous aviation depends on more than just technology. It also requires advancing the regulations, standards, and strategic relationships that make its development possible.
That's why we're looking for a Strategic Aviation Partnerships Lead to connect technology, regulation, and strategy, representing Embention among the key players in the aviation industry.
🚀 What would be your mission?
Represent Embention before aviation authorities, standardization bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders, building strategic relationships and actively contributing to the development of regulations and standards for autonomous aviation.
As part of the Business Development team, you will play a key role in representing our technological and regulatory interests internationally.
This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who can engage with key industry stakeholders, understand their priorities, and advocate for proposals that facilitate the development, certification, and integration of our aviation systems.
💡 What would be your responsibilities?
- Represent Embention in meetings and initiatives involving organizations such as EASA, EUROCAE, JARUS, the FAA, and other relevant aviation authorities and industry bodies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with authorities, industry associations, regulatory bodies, and international organizations.
- Actively participate in working groups, technical committees, and industry events, promoting Embention's perspective.
- Identify opportunities to influence the development of new regulations and standards related to UAVs, avionics, and autonomous systems.
- Promote partnerships and joint initiatives with public and private organizations.
- Monitor developments in aviation regulations and assess their impact on our products and technologies.
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Certification teams to define and communicate Embention's technical and regulatory priorities.
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and an understanding of its regulatory and certification environment.
- Ability to interpret aviation regulations, standards, and technical documentation.
- Ability to understand complex technological products and systems and communicate their implications to technical and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and institutional relationship management skills.
- Ability to advocate for proposals, build consensus, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomy, initiative, and strategic thinking.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel and participate in international meetings and events.
📚 What do we value?
- Experience in aviation regulatory affairs, certification, airworthiness, or institutional relations.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment applicable to UAVs, U-space, Advanced Air Mobility, or autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with organizations such as EASA, JARUS, EUROCAE, the FAA, AESA, or ICAO.
- Knowledge of standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, or ARP4754A.
- Experience participating in working groups, technical committees, industry associations, or collaborative projects.
- Experience engaging with aviation authorities, regulatory bodies, and international organizations.
- Ability to build consensus and influence discussions through strong technical arguments.
- Experience in Business Development, partnership management, or strategic development.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Would you like to help shape the future of autonomous aviation from a strategic and international perspective?
At Embention, you'll have the opportunity to represent a technology-driven organization among key industry stakeholders and take part in discussions that will shape the future of autonomous aviation.
Embention is an equal opportunity employer. Recruitment decisions are made based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with role requirements.
