The Role


As Client Advisor, you will contribute to delivering a client experience aligned with the values of the brand through personalized service, product knowledge and meaningful client relationships.

You will play an active role in representing the image of Majorica while contributing to both individual and store performance objectives.


Your responsibilities will be:


• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience.

• Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.

• Communicate the story of the brand, our heritage and product universe with confidence and authenticity.

• Contribute to achieving individual and store targets.

• Develop and maintain your client portfolio through follow-up and relationship building.

• Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and store standards are maintained at all times.

• Collaborate proactively with the team and support the overall performance of the boutique.

• Maintain a professional, polished and client-oriented presence on the sales floor.


What is important for the role:


• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail environments.

• Strong sensitivity towards aesthetics, fashion, jewelry, design or culture.

• Natural and confident communication skills.

• Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Attention to detail and elevated service standards.

• Team player attitude with commercial awareness.

• Fluent Spanish and English required. Additional languages are considered a plus.
