Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at a hotel in Madrid. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing guest reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing general receptionist duties. The role includes overseeing front desk operations, assisting with food and beverage service when necessary, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with guests and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Experience with Reservations and Receptionist Duties, including managing booking systems and handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage service to assist guests with related requests as needed.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools to support front desk operations.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, with fluency in Spanish and English highly preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous.
