Lead the communication of the company's Private Label (PL) development model and strategic PL projects and provide expert advisory on assortment development for PL and Contract Manufacturing clients.
Main Responsabilities:
- Develop and communicate Persan' s value proposition as a specialist in the development and growth of Private Label (PL) in Home & Personal Care.
- Lead marketing projects and initiatives to drive the global development of Private Label.
- Oversee the communication of Persan' s Private Label model through materials, events, and other internal and external channels.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading third-party manufacturers in the market.
- Identify assortment development opportunities for Private Label clients across different geographies through market, consumer, and trend analysis.
- Provide strategic assortment recommendations and advisory to Private Label and Contract Manufacturing clients.
- Develop and present product concepts and ideas tailored to client needs.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
Specific Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience working in or with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, particularly those operating under a Private Label business model.
- Category management.
- Product management.
- B2B marketing
Specific Soft Skills
- Creativity
- Business acumen
- Market and competitive analysis
Specific tools:
- Advanced experience in Power Point, Photoshop, Canva, Excel and Power Bi
- Knowledge in Nielsen, Circana and/or Kantar
