We are looking for you in our Supply Chain Department: Demand Planner Intern.
Surrounded by a team of high-performance professionals, your mission will be to be involved in the supply chain department in a transversal way and participate in the improvement of processes, while preparing and facilitating the monthly demand review.
FUNCTIONS
- Participate in the preparation and execution of the demand review program implementation plan.
- Track program progress and provide regular reports on the status to the supply chain team & key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in program scope, schedule, and/or resources.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues coming from forecast mistakes.
- Collect and consolidate all the inputs from the different forums of the sales and supply departments.
- Identify and detail the different scenarios/solutions to be presented in the demand review meetings.
- Drive the impact analysis and align & validate with key stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation for the demand review meetings.
- Own the compilation and analysis of key demand metrics.
- Strengthen relationships with departments involved to help drive participation.
- Participate in the execution of the demand planning processes, including the data inputs, cleansing and the generation of an statistical forecast.

This is your opportunity! We want you for our Supply Chain team: New Product Introduction Specialist.
Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, your mission will be monitoring, organization, and supervision over the process of implementing new products and new projects.
Reporting to our New Product Introduction & Master Data Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Managing new implementations in the organization, coordination of implementation.
- Achieving set goals and working based on set KPIs.
- Managing the project in time by monitoring checkpoints and deadlines.
- Care for project documentation, providing instructions.
- Validation of production capabilities for a new product in the organization.
- Cooperation with departments: R&D, Planning, Production, Commercial in terms of the possibility of implementing a new product.
- Verification of technical capabilities in the organization for the implementation of a new product/project.
- Ensuring ongoing communication between departments regarding the implementation of new products "ongoing".
- Organization of cyclical meetings, discussing actions related to implemented projects.
- Verification and ongoing control of tasks performed in the project group.
- Ongoing reporting to the global NPI team regarding statuses and risks associated with new projects.
- Supervision over the minimization of obsolescence and the delivery of materials to projects.
- Organization and coordination of production tests, ensuring confirmation of compliance or non-compliance by other departments.
- Optimization of processes, searching for and implementing appropriate solutions improving the work of NPI.
- Ongoing reporting to the global NPI team regarding statuses and risks associated with new projects.
- Solving current problems related to new implementations.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and work regulations and other internal regulations.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business. Any additional complementary qualification is valued.
- High English level (C1)
- At least 3 years of background in a similar role in a Supply Chain area.
- Project Management background is needed.
- Good driving in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
