From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development,

manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years

working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as KAM.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and execution of annual commercial plans with assigned Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with Persán’s Commercial Policy.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio, maximizing profitability and efficiently managing trade spending, promotions and commercial tariffs.
• Design, implement and monitor promotional calendars and trade marketing activities, aiming to optimize sales volume, market share and efficiency.
• Actively identify and prospect potential new partners.
• Maintain continuous market and competitor analysis, tracking category trends and customer strategies to adapt negotiations and commercial plans accordingly.

Academic Background:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar.
• Master’s degree in Sales, Commercial Management or Marketing is highly valued.

Language Skills:

• Level of English (at least B2)
• Additional languages will be positively valued.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in FMCG as a KAM.
• Experience in Trade Marketing or similar is valued.
• Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting.
• Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
• Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistic
• Proven ability to analyze market assortment

• Plan and execute material supply based on production demand, manufacturing plans, and inventory levels.
• Analyze consumption patterns, trends, and deviations, proposing adjustments to stock policies and MRP parameters (lot sizes and MOQs, lead times, coverage levels, etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing obsolescence.
• Track daily material availability, identifying risks and making fast decisions to protect production continuity.
• Coordinate with Production, Suppliers, Quality, and Procurement to align needs, timelines, and standards.
• Manage supplier-related incidents including delays, logistics issues, documentation, and material quality concerns.
• Optimize procurement processes using data and key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory days, stock-outs, planning efficiency).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Digitalization, MRP automation, Production processes, etc.).
  
  

• Degree in Industrial/organization engineering. Master degree is a plus.
• High level of English and Spanish (at leat C1)

• SAP and/or MRP knowledge is desired but not mandatory.
