As Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d) Your Tasks Include

• Support the Front Office Manager in leading the reception team, including staff management, development and motivation
• Responsible for guest well-being from check-in to check-out, regardless of shift
• Professional handling of guest feedback and active measures for guest satisfaction
• Design and revitalization of the entire community area
• Undertaking administrative tasks, including supporting the reservations department
• Ensuring smooth processes in your own department and beyond
• Induction and training of new employees and trainees
  
  

Your profile with which you inspire us

• Enthusiasm for the role of host and enjoyment of dealing with guests
• Very good communication skills in German, Spanish and English
• The ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to help are important qualities
• Experience in the reception area and in the hotel industry
• Independent, dutiful and responsible work
• Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Opera Cloud
  
  

Ideally already experience as Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d).
