As we continue to grow and refine our brand, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with strategic thinking and feels excited about working in a purpose-driven, international environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape how our story is told - consistently, clearly, and creatively - across markets, channels, and audiences.
Your Role
As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with internal teams, external designers, and advertising agencies to ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in promoting international university fairs, conferences, and community initiatives across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
> Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for international education events
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, events, operations) to align messaging and goals
> Maintain and update SRT websites, ensuring clarity, consistency, and audience relevance
> Manage and grow SRT’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
> Coordinate with external designers and advertising agencies to ensure brand consistency across visuals, messaging, and formats
> Create engaging social media content aligned with SRT’s brand identity and tone of voice
> Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials (event visuals, ads, presentations)
> Use HubSpot for email campaigns, automations, and audience segmentation
> Track performance, research trends, and apply best practices in education and event marketing
> Prepare clear, visually compelling reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders using Canva and brand guidelines
What We’re Looking For
> Proven experience in social media content creation and campaign execution
> Strong visual sensibility and confidence using Canva for digital and print materials
> Experience working with or coordinating external creatives or agencies is a strong advantage
> Ability to work with CRM and marketing data to support segmentation and targeting (HubSpot, PipelineDeals, Salesforce are a plus)
> Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
> Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
