We are now looking for a Marketing & Culture Manager who will embody our Anything but Standard ethos and lead the strategic and creative direction of our Ibiza marketing operation.

Your role

As our Marketing & Culture Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day strategic management of the Marketing Department in Ibiza. Working closely with the General Manager and senior hotel leadership team, and in collaboration with the Hyatt Lifestyle Marketing team, you will conceptualise, deliver, and coordinate a diverse range of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy, with a clear focus on growing direct room revenue and maximising F&B performance.

You will develop and activate the annual marketing plan in line with commercial objectives and KPIs, managing the marketing and culture budget to ensure strong return on investment across activations, partnerships, and paid media. Acting as the strategic lead for all digital activity, you will oversee the hotel’s online presence, shaping social media strategy, directing content creation, and ensuring the property’s website storytelling remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

You will lead the creative direction of property photoshoots, video content, and editorial features, while overseeing the production of all hotel collateral, digital assets, newsletters, and in-house promotional materials. Working closely with Revenue and Sales, you will ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including OTAs and third-party booking platforms, aligning campaigns with need periods and commercial strategy.

In partnership with the senior leadership team, you will plan and coordinate an ongoing programme of cultural activations and seasonal moments, from opening and closing parties to key calendar events that define the Ibiza season. You will manage the PR agency relationship to secure impactful media coverage across key markets, while identifying and hosting relevant influencers, tastemakers, and VIP guests to amplify brand visibility.

You will also take ownership of guest profiling and recognition processes, ensuring that media and VIP bookings are identified in advance and that Operations teams are fully briefed to deliver personalised, exceptional experiences.

This is not a ‘Standard’ Marketing & Culture Manager role. You will need commercial acumen, creative instinct, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on delivery. Ibiza moves fast — and so will you.

Prior experience in hotel or lifestyle marketing is essential, ideally within a resort, destination, or culturally driven environment.

In addition, the ideal candidate will…

• Have strong knowledge of the Ibiza hospitality, restaurant, and nightlife landscape
• Demonstrate experience building and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives
• Possess a proven track record delivering impactful advertising campaigns and PR initiatives
• Be commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and analysing ROI
• Have strong digital marketing expertise, including social media strategy, content planning, and performance analytics
• Be confident overseeing website content, imagery, and storytelling to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Have experience briefing and managing creative partners including photographers, designers, agencies, and PR teams
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be fluent in spoken and written English (a good level of Spanish is advantageous)
• Be proficient in social media platforms and basic design software
• Have strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret market trends and platform insights
• Show creativity, initiative, and the confidence to propose bold ideas that resonate with both global travellers and the local community
• Thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with a flexible approach to working hours due to the extensive programming in the hotel
• Experience within a lifestyle, boutique, or culturally relevant brand would be highly advantageous.
