Corporate communication needs to change, because the way we consume content has already changed.

Vidext is a scale-up transforming how companies create, share, and measure their content through intelligent communication platforms that empower teams with AI.

We have two main products:

  • Vidext Visual, enabling HR teams to automatically create AI-powered videos and presentations.
  • Vidext Boost, a sales tool that turns static presentations into interactive and measurable experiences.

We already work with more than 220 companies such as Iberdrola, Loewe, ISDIN, and Mapfre. Now we’re looking for someone eager to learn and contribute from day one.

Are you passionate about technology, the startup world, and working as a Sales Development Representative? We want you to join our team at Vidext!

Requirements:

💼 The profile we are looking for:

  • Native English speaker, fluent in Spanish.
  • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS field.
  • Initiative to start a career in tech sales.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Well-organized and eager to learn.

🚀 What we’d love you to have:

  • Experience in sales techniques and working with targets.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for business.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations.

  • Salary: From €24,000 fixed + €115 for each booked meeting that converts into a client.

  • Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday, entry 8:30–9:30am / exit 6:00–7:00pm (includes 15 min break + 1h lunch); Friday intensive schedule 8:30–9:30am to 2:30–3:30pm.
