COMMUNITY & TALENT SCOUT (BALI) — YOUNG FOUNDATION

Location: Bali (remote-first)

YOUNG Foundation is expanding globally, and we’re now building our presence in Bali, one of the world’s most vibrant hubs for young founders, digital creators, and entrepreneurial talent. We are looking for a proactive, digital-first Community & Talent Scout who will help us discover young entrepreneurs, identify mentors, build our network, and keep our digital presence active across platforms.

This is a high-ownership role with lots of independence - perfect for someone who thrives on connecting people, spotting talent, and bringing stories to life.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Scout Young Entrepreneurs & Mentors (digitally)

• Identify ambitious young founders, builders, and creators in Bali and worldwide.
• Find mentors (entrepreneurs, investors, operators) who can support YOUNG Foundation programs.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and global networks.
• Build and maintain a simple CRM of talents, mentors, and opportunities.
• Create meaningful matches: founder ↔️ mentor, founder ↔️ opportunity.

2. Grow the YOUNG Foundation Community

• Keep our digital community engaged — short updates, stories, spotlights.
• Support online sessions: Q&A’s, AMA’s, virtual meet-ups.
• Build a strong pipeline of new founders and mentors every week.

3. Run the Socials & Website

• Manage the Foundation’s socials with fresh weekly content (stories, posts, spotlights).
• Keep young-foundation.com up to date with new entrepreneurs, mentors, and news.
• Help craft short articles, founder stories, updates, press moments.

4. Light Operations

• Support basic reporting: weekly scouting overview, community growth, highlights.
• Keep structure, but stay lean - this role is about speed, creativity and action.

WHO YOU ARE

• Based in or moving to Bali
• Strong communicator, connector, and digital networker
• Creative and proactive — you enjoy reaching out and making new connections
• Strong English
• Comfortable running socials and website updates
• Thrives with freedom, ownership, and a fast-paced environment
