En HM Hospitales, para el área de Internacional, buscamos un/a IT Manager comprometido/a y con vocación de servicio para integrarse en nuestro equipo.
Su principal misión será dar soporte a la Dirección en la identificación, planificación y ejecución de iniciativas tecnológicas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio, con especial foco en la mejora de procesos administrativos, digitalización y gestión eficiente de proveedores tecnológicos.
Responsabilidades:
- Actuar como nexo entre Dirección de negocio y el área de TI para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas viables.
- Gestionar los distintos proyectos de IT en curso para su cumplimiento en fecha y presupuesto
- Liderar iniciativas de transformación digital y optimización de procesos administrativos.
- Supervisar y coordinar proyectos tecnológicos con impacto en distintas áreas.
- Control y seguimiento de proveedores de servicios tecnológicos (contratos, cumplimiento de SLA, calidad del servicio, control presupuestario).
- Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto de TI.
- Garantizar la correcta evolución de herramientas corporativas (ERP, CRM, sistemas de gestión documental, etc.).
- Soporte Usuarios a nivel 1 y 2 de Oficina, junto con recursos corporativos y externos
Requisitos
Formación:
- Formación Técnica en el sector TIC
- Se valorará conocimientos de Business Central
- Se valorará nivel Alto de inglés
Experiencia:
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en áreas de TI, con 2 o más en puestos de responsabilidad o coordinación.
- Experiencia en entornos sanitarios o grandes organizaciones es un plus.
Conocimientos técnicos y de gestión:
- Gestión de proyectos tecnológicos (metodologías ágiles o tradicionales).
- Conocimientos en sistemas de información corporativos y de gestión documental.
- Capacidad de análisis de procesos y diseño de soluciones digitales.
- Gestión de proveedores tecnológicos y control presupuestario.
- Buen conocimiento del marco legal relacionado con IT y protección de datos.

Funciones

Mission statement
As the Head of Engineering - Platform at Keyrock, you will lead our engineering teams in developing and maintaining the backoffice and trading data platform systems at the core of our organisation. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is not only experienced in building scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems but also willing to roll up their sleeves and actively contribute to engineering efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance trading data platforms with a focus on low latency and high availability.
- Apply data engineering principles to design efficient, scalable, and fault-tolerant data pipelines for trading, risk management, and reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration between trading operations and backoffice systems, improving operational efficiency and automation.
- Lead cloud-native infrastructure initiatives, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to deploy and scale systems efficiently.
- Implement GitOps-driven workflows to enhance deployment automation, observability, and system governance.
- Foster a DevSecFinOps culture, ensuring security, compliance, and financial accountability within the development lifecycle.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Strong expertise in Rust (or C++), Python, and TypeScript for system development and automation in the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL pipelines, and stream processing.
- Experience with financial services data workflows, including trading, middle office, and back office operations.
- Extensive experience in cloud-native architectures, with proficiency in AWS
- Proficient in GitOps tools and methodologies for infrastructure automation and deployment.
- Strong background in DevSecFinOps, ensuring compliance, security, and cost efficiency across the development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools.
