Ofrecemos contrato indefinido y remunerado desde el primer día, junto con una formación inicial de 2 meses para que adquieras las bases necesarias. Al finalizarla, te incorporarás directamente a un proyecto real, donde podrás consolidarte en el mercado profesional.

About The Role 🤓

We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Data Engineering Lead to drive our data engineering efforts and guide a growing team of engineers. You’ll be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring data reliability across the company. Depending on your seniority and profile, you could also take ownership of data analyst workflows and team management.

What You’ll Need🤝

• Proven experience leading or mentoring data engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong background in designing and implementing data platforms in cloud environments (ideally AWS, but GCP or Azure is also valuable).
• Solid experience with Kafka, Airflow, DBT and modern data warehouses (ideally Redshift, but BigQuery or Snowflake is also valuable).
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Devops culture, CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform).
• Deep understanding of data governance, versioning, and quality control.
• (Nice to have) Experience working with data analysts or BI teams, and ability to guide analytics efforts.

¿Qué podrás hacer?

Desde el área de FS Consulting asesoramos a las Entidades Financieras y Compañías Aseguradoras en la definición de su estrategia, elaboración de planes de sistemas y revisión de sus procesos y gobierno IT. Como Consultor/a Senior, podrás participar en proyectos de Estrategia tecnológica, Transformación Digital y Desarrollo de Tecnologías Emergentes.

Además, participarás en la operación, gestión y mejora continua de las plataformas Cloud internas, dando soporte técnico y operativo a otras áreas de la organización y a Clientes externos de KPMG. ¿Qué necesitas saber?

• Grado en Ingeniería Técnica o Grado en Ingeniería (Informática, Física, Matemáticas, Telecomunicaciones…)
• Al menos 4 años de experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos, especialmente en Azure/AWS.
• Conocimiento de sistemas operativos, redes, arquitectura, etc.
• Conocimiento de control y versionado de código (Azure DevOps, Gitlab, o similar)
• Conocimiento en herramientas de CI/CD para la automatización, configuración y despliegue.
• Conocimiento de lenguajes declarativos como Ansible o Terraform.
• Habilidades de comunicación, interés por las relaciones trabajo en equipo y contacto con cliente, proactividad y motivación por el proyecto y trabajar en el sector financiero.
