Your mission

- Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and internal training materials.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
- Product Evangelism: Support the communication of product value propositions and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in the software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- An understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Buscamos un/a Senior Product Manager para liderar la evolución de nuestros productos transversales en el cluster de customer experience, un área clave para garantizar la mejor experiencia de cliente. Te unirás a un entorno colaborativo en el que trabajarás con equipos de desarrollo, diseño, negocio y data, desde la identificación de problemas hasta la entrega de soluciones que aporten valor real a nuestros clientes y a la compañía.
Lo que harás:
- Trabajarás codo con codo con las distintas áreas de customer experience para ofrecer la mejor experiencia digital a nuestros clientes.
- Liderarás la definición de la estrategia de productos como CRM alineada con los objetivos de negocio.
- Definirás y ejecutarás el roadmap de producto, priorizando iniciativas en colaboración con stakeholders clave y gestionando la definición de objetivos y entregables.
- Establecerás y seguirás KPIs de producto para medir impacto, tomar decisiones basadas en datos y asegurar la evolución del producto en la dirección correcta.
- Trabajarás codo con codo con desarrolladores y diseñadores para idear, construir y lanzar soluciones centradas en el usuario y con alto impacto en negocio.
- Asegurarás una comunicación fluida y continua con todos los stakeholders, manteniéndolos informados y alineados durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto.
- Tienes más de 5 años de experiencia como Product Manager en entornos de producto digital, especialmente en ámbitos operativos y/o real estate.
- Dominas las técnicas de discovery y delivery de producto, y sabes cómo entregar valor de forma eficiente.
- Estás familiarizado con metodologías ágiles.
- Piensas de forma analítica, sabes identificar problemas reales y priorizar soluciones de impacto.
- Tienes conocimientos técnicos sólidos que te permiten comprender cómo se desarrollan los productos digitales.
- Has trabajado en productos como Dynamics, Pipedrive u otros CRM de ventas.
- Has trabajado con herramientas de segmentación de clientes como Customer Insights
- Tienes experiencia trabajando con herramientas no-code como Zapier o Automate
- Tienes experiencia con herramientas de analítica y aplicando conceptos de CRO y growth
- Eres un/a excelente comunicador/a, capaz de alinear equipos, transmitir visión y generar engagement en torno a tus productos.
