We are looking for technical Engineering Managers to lead teams focused on Big Data and MySQL databases. We write code in Python and encode modern operational practices for data applications at scale on Kubernetes and cloud machines.

Location: This role can be filled in European, Middle East, African or any American region / time zone.

What your day will look like

• You will lead a team building scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines
• You will hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and lead your team by example
• You will demonstrate sound engineering skill by directly contributing code when needed
• Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
• Advocate modern, agile software development practices
• Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
• Ensure that your team delivers excellent products that users love by maintaining a culture of quality and engineering excellence
• Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with the company's values.
• Be an active part of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organization

Qué harás en esta posición

1er mes | Onboarding

Nos sentaremos contigo para explicarte el negocio, presentarte al equipo, mostrarte cómo trabajamos, las herramientas que utilizamos y ofrecerte todo lo que necesites en los primeros días de tu incorporación. Nuestro equipo de tecnología te enseñará nuestro stack, conocerás a todos los miembros del equipo y el contexto necesario para entender el proyecto y el entorno de trabajo.

Seguramente entres a mitad de algún sprint. Arrancamos cada día con una daily de compañía a las 10am y, posteriormente, cada equipo asiste a sus dailies propias. En este primer mes tanto tus compañeros de desarrollo como nuestros project managers te acompañarán y darán soporte con todo lo que necesites para el proyecto.

Nos comunicamos principalmente por Discord, documentamos en Drive y Notion y utilizamos Meet para las reuniones. También solemos trabajar con Monday, Trello y Jira, en función del proyecto.

Durante los siguientes meses

A medida que te vayas familiarizando con el proyecto, el equipo y el stack, podrás ayudar a estimar las tareas y desarrollos que nos ayuden a priorizar el backlog del proyecto. Parte de los sprints contendrán trabajos de mejora para optimizar el rendimiento, refactorizar, eliminar legacy, evitar cuellos de botella y mejorar la escalabilidad a futuro. Fomentamos activamente que nuestros compañeros aporten propuestas y que si tienen una idea la compartan sin miedo, ya sean mejoras para desarrollos existentes o nuevas funcionalidades que impacten positivamente en los proyectos.

Como comentábamos, valoramos la capacidad de trabajar en equipo, la buena comunicación, la calidad del software y las buenas prácticas. En Secture no paramos de crecer, por lo tanto, queremos que te conviertas en un pilar del equipo y nos ayudes a seguir construyendo nuestros proyectos, equipo y cultura.

Estamos buscando un/a Especialista en Bases de Datos y Business Intelligence para unirse a nuestro equipo en Torrejón de Ardoz, dentro de un proyecto clave en el sector Defensa. 🛡️
En este rol, serás el puente entre los datos técnicos y la visión ejecutiva, optimizando procesos y garantizando que la información fluya con precisión y eficacia.

✅ Tus funciones:
⦁Diseño y Optimización: Crear, gestionar y mantener bases de datos relacionales robustas (SQL, Oracle, MySQL). 💻
⦁Visualización de Datos: Desarrollar cuadros de mando dinámicos y KPIs críticos utilizando herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
⦁Reporting Ejecutivo: Elaborar informes de alto nivel para la dirección, aportando capacidad de síntesis y enfoque estratégico. 📈
⦁Procesos ETL: Modelado de información y ejecución de procesos de extracción, transformación y carga de datos.
⦁Gestión de Proyectos: Liderar iniciativas bajo metodologías Ágiles (Scrum) o tradicionales (PMP/PRINCE2) asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad. ⚙️

🎓 ¿Qué buscamos?
⦁Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años en gestión de proyectos de datos y desarrollo de soluciones de reporting.
⦁Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio experto de bases de datos relacionales y herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView o SAP BO).
⦁Visión de Negocio: Experiencia previa en entornos corporativos complejos, con capacidad para entender procesos internos críticos.
⦁Habilidades Soft: Excelente capacidad de comunicación, perfil analítico y clara orientación a resultados. 🧠
⦁Ubicación: Disponibilidad para trabajar en Torrejón de Ardoz.
⦁Titulación: Ingeniería Informática Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones Ingeniería Industrial con especialización en Organización / Sistemas de Información Ingeniería Matemática o Estadística Aplicada Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información o Ingeniería de Datos Titulaciones afines: Ciencias de la Computación, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) con máster en Business Intelligence, o Doble grado en Ingeniería y ADE.

Importante empresa del ámbito de la Salud, ubicada en Granollers, precisa incorporar un/a FULL STACK DEVELOPER para reforzar su equipo de Desarrollo.

FUNCIONES

- Recepción del sprint y gestión de la lista de tareas asignadas.
- Definición técnica y diseño de la implementación de nuevos requerimientos.
- Desarrollo de funcionalidades y mantenimiento evolutivo/correctivo.
- Coordinación y apoyo a grupos de desarrollo.
- Pruebas funcionales básicas y validación técnica.
- Atención al cliente en turnos rotativos de soporte de nivel 3.
- Instalación y configuración de software en las instalaciones del cliente (entorno hospitalario).

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:

- Desarrollo Software: Xamarin, MVC, .NET, DevExpress, DevExtreme, VB, C#, JavaScript, CSS, Crystal Reports.
- Integraciones: HL7, Mirth, metodologías Scrum.
- Sistemas: IIS, servidores Windows, Windows Cluster, redes Ethernet.
- Bases de datos: MySQL, MySQL Cluster, SQL Server.

1. Desarrollo de Funcionalidades: Implementar nuevas capacidades en la plataforma utilizando Java/Kotlin y Spring Boot bajo la guía de ingenieros senior.
2. Garantía de Calidad: Escribir tests unitarios e de integración para asegurar un software robusto y fiable.
3. Resolución de Problemas: Colaborar activamente en la corrección de errores y en la implementación de mejoras técnicas continuas.
4. Colaboración en Equipo: Participar en revisiones de código (Code Reviews) y sesiones de pair programming para compartir conocimientos.
5. Innovación con IA: Aprender a utilizar asistentes de desarrollo como Claude Code y GitHub Copilot para optimizar tu productividad diaria.

requisitos del puesto
- Formación: Ingeniero Superior: Ingeniero en Informática, Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior: Informática
- Idiomas: Inglés: B2
- Conocimientos: java, mysql, kotlin, springboot
- Experiencia: 2 años

Buscamos a un profesional con grado en ingeniería informática o similar, con gran capacidad de aprendizaje y entusiasmo por los retos técnicos, que se sienta cómodo trabajando en entornos colaborativos y abiertos al feedback.

Competencias Técnicas y Lenguajes:
- Java/Kotlin: Experiencia previa de 1 a 2 años desarrollando software con estos lenguajes.
- Spring Ecosystem: Conocimientos de Spring Framework o Spring Boot, así como familiaridad con Hibernate/JPA.
- Bases de Datos: Nivel básico de SQL y manejo de bases de datos relacionales como MySQL o PostgreSQL.
- Arquitectura: Comprensión básica de APIs REST y conceptos de microservicios o arquitecturas distribuidas.
- Calidad y Control: Conocimiento de los principios SOLID, Clean Code y uso habitual de Git para control de versiones
- Capacidad para documentar procesos y código de manera estructurada
