Job Description

The main role of the Production Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running and performance follow up of the multi-programme production flow at Airbus Helicopters Spain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the On Time, Quality, Safety and On Cost performance of the multi-programme production lines at AHE.
• Lead the daily, weekly, monthly routines to drumbeat the relevant KPIs to understand the production progress.
• Identify production blocking points, facilitate its resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the proper communication between production and the relevant Operations teams (quality, procurement, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, design engineering…).
• 5S DEPLOYMENT and maintenance at shopfloor to improve safety and productivity at work.
• Implement continuous improvement actions at the shopfloor
• Deploy an occupational and aviation safety culture at the shopfloor
• Manage / Maitein production lean panels.
• Ensure continuous improvement through PDCA cycled follow up.
  
  

Requisites

• Engineer (industrial and/or similar).
• Relevant previous experience as Head of Production in an industrial plant; industrialization of processes and management of production flows.
• Lean six sigma green belt (black belt desiriable).
