About The Role
As a Dyson Store Leader, you're the visible ambassador of our pioneering brand. You fully own your store’s performance, culture, and standards—leading from the front, coaching your team hands-on, and fostering a relentless drive for improvement.
You will lead and develop your team by example, championing an industry-leading customer experience that transforms visitors into brand advocates. You’re accountable for achieving store goals, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring every detail reflects Dyson’s uncompromising standards for innovation, operational excellence, health & safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of store performance, from sales and profitability to standards and compliance.
- Continuously seek and act on opportunities to drive sales, profits, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Motivate, recruit, coach, and develop your team, building a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Set and monitor team and individual targets, provide regular feedback, and manage performance.
- Lead by example on the shop floor—demonstrating best-in-class customer service and product interaction.
- Ensure the store environment, merchandising, and activations meet Dyson’s visual and operational standards.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations and operational challenges in line with our values.
- Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control, and all asset protection measures.
- Execute local strategy and retail activation calendars in partnership with HQ and global teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, cash handling, audit, and operational procedures.
- Use data insights to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Strong, hands-on retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments.
- Proactive, resourceful, energetic, and outcome-focused; always challenging the status quo.
- Exceptional communicator with sound judgment and leadership skills.
- Proven record for achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Experienced in developing and motivating teams, with a passion for talent growth.
- Able to balance day-to-day operations, team engagement, and strategic execution.
- Skilled in managing ambiguity, problem-solving, and making decisions under pressure.
- High integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust and drive results.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
