Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Marbella. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, maintaining office equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will also involve handling office administration tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the office.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in a real estate environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable
