We are seeking motivated individuals who are fluent in Spanish and eager to contribute to our team's success across various roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients and customers, providing excellent service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and any other relevant information
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM systems
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
