Dimension and HR Development

• Develop and implement the local HR strategy in line with the Group's objectives.
• Lead transformation, organisational, and skills development projects.
• Support managers in team performance, development, and change management.
• Contribute to Group initiatives (culture, engagement, talent management).

• Manage all HR processes: recruitment, training, labour relations, administrative management, HR development.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish legislation and alignment with Group standards.
• Provide hands-on HR support to teams and managers.
• Handle sensitive or disciplinary cases when necessary.

• 1 Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager
• 1 HR Officer
• 1 Office Manager

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Solid experience as an HRBP or HR manager in a demanding environment (international group, mid-sized company, subsidiary).

Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Natural leadership, people skills, and a "business partner" attitude.

Comfortable in transforming or restructuring environments.

Spanish is mandatory; proficiency in English or French is essential.

Autonomy, sense of priorities, and decision-making ability.
