• Daily Resource Management:Oversee daily resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal deployment based on project needs, skills, and availability.
• Servicenow Utilization for Resource Management:Use the Servicenow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tool to manage and track resource assignments, monitor availability, and respond to configuration or functionality requests related to resource management.
• Capacity Planning:Develop and maintain capacity plans within Servicenow to balance resource supply with demand, enabling accurate forecasting and minimizing resource shortages or bottlenecks.
• Dashboard Creation:Create and maintain custom dashboards within Servicenow to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into resource allocation, utilization, and capacity.
• Resource Optimization:Regularly assess and adjust resource assignments based on project priorities, skill requirements, and organizational constraints to maximize efficiency.
• Monitoring and Reporting:Use Servicenow PPM to track resource KPIs, generate regular reports, and provide stakeholders with insights into resource allocation health and utilization rates.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with project managers, department leads, and other stakeholders to understand resource needs, resolve allocation conflicts, and support consistent communication.
• Governance and Compliance:Ensure all resource management practices adhere to governance standards and align with organizational policies and Servicenow capabilities.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Proven experience in resource management, with a focus on capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Proficient with Servicenow PPM, with the ability to navigate, create dashboards, and handle configuration requests related to resource management.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on resource utilization using Servicenow data and KPIs.
• Experience in balancing multiple resource requests and dynamically adjusting assignments based on business needs.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing resource demands.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage day-to-day resource allocations effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with project teams and stakeholders.
