Responsibilities

- Report directly to Operations and General Management.

- Lead the Project Engineering department, managing a team of 4 to 5 Project Engineers.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise national and international engineering projects from start

to finish.

- Ensure delivery times, quality standards, and project profitability.

- Promote synergies with other Group companies to optimize resources and drive business

growth.

- Represent the company in client meetings and during on-site project phases.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).

- Proven leadership of technical teams and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience in international projects is highly valued.

- Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

- Residing in or willing to relocate to Lleida.

- Availability for occasional international travel.
