Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team and oversee one of our stores in Barcelona

As a Store Manager your main tasks will be:

• Building revenue, overseeing back-office operations, and supervising sales teams.
• Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
• Ensuring a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience for all customers.
• Thinking strategically and driving the business in alignment with company standards.
• Prioritizing, planning, delegating, managing administrative tasks, and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Maximizing inventory efficiency and ensuring strong cash control and loss‑prevention practices.
  
  
  

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail sales manager with a strong focus on driving sales performance, delivering refined customer service, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

They are a communicative, results‑oriented professional with strong customer‑service instincts and a high attention to detail.

Previous experience in the watch and jewelry industry will be considered a strong plus

Professional Requirements

• Flexibility to adapt to changing Boutique needs.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Conversation level of English.

Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
