Your Tasks

• Operational procurement of IT services as well as software and hardware
• Independent execution of price negotiations, supplier inquiries, and purchasing activities
• Monitoring of orders and deliveries, including invoice verification and approval
• Advising and supporting internal departments in IT-related procurement matters

• Professional experience in IT procurement, including negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements (if possible)
• Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training
• Proficient in using SAP MM and strong skills in MS Office
• German language skills at C1 level, English at B2 level
• Strong team player with a high level of commitment, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
