🚀 We’re hiring: Global Programmes Administrative Assistant – 6-Month Contract
Join a leading global organization and support international programmes in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
📅 Temporary contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
💰 Salary: €28,000 gross/year
📍 Location: Offices based in the Diagonal Mar area, Barcelona
Your Mission
Provide administrative support to global programmes, managing requests through an internal system and ensuring smooth coordination of operational processes. You will play a key role in supporting international teams and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day programme activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and process programme-related requests through internal systems
• Provide administrative support to global teams and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation and data handling
• Support coordination of operational activities across international programmes
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting tasks
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
✔ Previous experience in administrative roles
✔ High level of English (written and spoken)
✔ Strong knowledge of Excel and Word (an assessment will be part of the process)
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
✔ Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
