As Senior Marketing Manager your main responsability will include partnering with key program stakeholders to adapt the core components of the EU Acquisition marketing program based on specific marketplace dynamics.
Key job responsibilities
* Campaign strategy and development, including managing agency relationships for media, creatives and execution
* Being comfortable switching between strategy and execution
* Developing metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness, including partnering with BI team, media agency and third party vendors to implement performance measurement automation, attribution and channel optimization
* Programmatic media buying strategy development
* Partner with senior leaders, cross-functional marketing teams, and various business partners to drive strategic and data-driven candidate attraction plans and actions
* Drive brand awareness and assess creative ways to drive lead generation for hard to recruit markets
* Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize marketing tactics based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application and hiring goals
* Be an evangelist for the candidate experience, working to continuously improve the candidate journey.
* Design and execute programs based on well structured, insightful analytics
* Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensure that our organization and partners are well-informed about our product developments and capabilities.
The Product team at Fever understands the market, the technology, our customers, the business and the data - and find ways to leverage those and create products customers love.
As part of our Product team, you will be responsible for keeping the entire organization updated on all product developments. Your in-depth knowledge of our products will enable you to demonstrate and communicate our tech capabilities to partners, ensuring they understand the full value of our solutions.
About You
Basic skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Wide experience working in Product-oriented companies, within a Product team, ideally B2B focused.
- Ability to present complex technical information from the features developed by Product Teams in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences - both for internal and external use.
- Experience partnering with Marketing and CRM teams to create communications, presentations and business decks of any feature worth communicating.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally demo our tech capabilities to new and existing partners.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Experience in tech startups (alternatively, strong willingness to work in a leading and very fast-paced tech startup)
- Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups of a large organization.
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy.
- Sales savvy, with demonstrated ability to communicate fluently and generate trust with customers.

Organización del tercer sector busca un/a responsable de marketing y fundraising para liderar la estrategia de captación de fondos privados y comunicación multicanal.
La persona seleccionada gestionará un equipo multidisciplinar y será clave en la adquisición y fidelización de socios y donantes individuales.
Descripción
Buscamos un/a profesional dinámico/a, motivado/a y orientado/a a resultados, capaz de trabajar de manera autónoma siguiendo la línea estratégica de la organización, con una sólida experiencia en captación de fondos, marketing o ventas. La dirección de marketing y fundraising tendrá que liderar la elaboración, ejecución y seguimiento de los planes anuales de marketing y captación de fondos privados con donantes individuales en España.
Esta dirección gestionará un equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por las áreas de F2F, marketing online, desarrollo de BBDD y telemarketing, coordinando estrategias integrales orientadas a la adquisición, fidelización y optimización del valor de nuestros socios y donantes.
Se requiere experiencia comprobada en marketing y/o captación de fondos, así como una visión estratégica y un enfoque integral (360°) frente a los desafíos del fundraising.
Además, es indispensable contar con habilidades interpersonales que permitan interactuar eficazmente con socios externos y actores de alto nivel.
Rigor, liderazgo y un enfoque basado en datos y desarrollo son esenciales para tener éxito en este puesto.
Funciones:
- Diseño e implementación de estrategias de posicionamiento de marca, comunicación y marketing multicanal.
- Acompañamiento y apoyo a los/as responsables de área y coordinadores/as del departamento en la planificación estratégica, cumplimiento de objetivos y gestión eficiente de recursos humanos y económicos.
- Supervisión y optimización de las campañas de captación de fondos (socios y donantes puntuales), así como estrategias de fidelización y maximización del valor del donante.
- Representación de la organización en reuniones y eventos clave, fortaleciendo relaciones institucionales y colaboraciones estratégicas.
- Garantizar la coordinación transversal y eficaz entre todas las áreas del departamento, así como con otros departamentos de la organización.
- Vínculo con expertos internacionales y otras asociaciones nacionales.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 5 a 10 años en posiciones de dirección en marketing, ventas, fundraising o comunicación.
- Experiencia demostrable en gestión de equipos y liderazgo de proyectos complejos.
Formación académica:
- Titulación universitaria relacionada con el área (Licenciatura o Grado en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Economía, etc.).
- Máster o Postgrado en Marketing, Dirección Comercial o MBA.
Competencias clave:
- Liderazgo estratégico.
- Enfoque orientado a resultados.
- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Gestión del cambio y desarrollo de equipos.
