Who are we?

At Trifolium Farms, we are dedicated to the sustainable production and management of woody crops (olive trees, nuts, citrus fruits, among others) with a presence in different areas of the Iberian Peninsula. We are committed to agronomic innovation, production efficiency and respect for the environment.

Main duties:

· ⁠Planning, execution and technical monitoring of woody crops.

·⁠ ⁠Control of agricultural tasks: irrigation, pruning, treatments, harvesting.

·⁠ ⁠Optimisation of the use of inputs (water, fertilisers, plant protection products).

·⁠ ⁠Application of sustainability and regenerative agriculture criteria.

·⁠ ⁠Coordination with field operators, external technicians and suppliers.

·⁠ ⁠Preparation of technical reports and production monitoring reports

Requirements:

· Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar.

· Demonstrable experience in woody crops in the Iberian Peninsula.

· Technical knowledge of olive, almond, pistachio or other permanent crop management.

· Minimum intermediate level of English (B2), especially spoken.

· Use of digital management tools. 

· Driving licence and availability to travel within the territory.

The following will be valued:

·⁠ ⁠Advanced level of English (C1) for communication with international clients.

· ⁠Experience in precision agriculture and technified irrigation systems.

·⁠ ⁠Knowledge of organic or integrated production certifications.

·⁠ ⁠Team management and effective communication skills.
