About the Role

Buena Vista All Stars and Gianni Music Group are entering a major international growth phase for 2026, including global touring, album campaigns, and high-level brand positioning.

We are seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Director / Visual Producer with strong expertise in:

• Graphic Design
• Video Production & Editing
• Photography
• Print Production
• Live Show Visual Systems

This is not a junior design role.

We are looking for someone who understands premium music branding at an international level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full visual identity systems for album and single releases

• Design album artwork, vinyl packaging, press kits, posters, tour assets

• Create social media visual templates aligned with brand guidelines

• Edit promotional videos, teasers, performance clips, and campaign content

• Develop LED visuals and motion graphics for live shows

• Direct and execute photography (portrait, live, editorial)

• Prepare print-ready files (vinyl, large format, merchandise)

• Maintain structured asset organization (Dropbox/Drive)

• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and tour teams

Required Skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)

• Strong typography and layout sense

• High-end aesthetic taste (minimal, elegant, premium positioning)

• Understanding of international music campaigns

• Experience with vinyl and physical product production

• Ability to work fast under touring timelines

• Strong file management and workflow discipline

Preferred Experience

• Experience in music industry branding

• Experience designing for international touring artists

• Motion graphics for live performances

• Print production supervision

• Understanding of Latin / world music visual language

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Complete assigned tasks, thoroughly.
• Ensure that all bugs, flaws or issues are reported correctly (in English and Polish) and removed from the product before release.
• Inform Leads and Senior Testers of any issue that may slow down or stop testing progress early.
• Proactively seek ways to improve your knowledge of testing procedures and related equipment.
• Follow EA security procedures by taking responsibility for equipment and software security.
• You will report to the Linguistic Team Lead.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent (written and verbal) in English and in Polish- must be a native speaker.
• Demonstrate an ability to approach testing in a detailed and structured way.
• Interest and knowledge of video games, the video game industry and platforms, including PC, Mac, Consoles (PS, Xbox), and Mobile.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Windows environment
• You must be at least 18 years old.
  
  

Special Considerations

• EA offers relocation support for employees joining us from outside of Madrid.
• Please note, you must be eligible to work in Spain. EA does not sponsor visas for this position.
• EA Madrid's work is dynamic. There will be peak periods of activity, therefore the workload and make-up of teams will vary. Regular working hours are 40 hours per week. On few occasions overtime might be needed either on workdays or weekends. It will be compensated with time off.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of our creative projects and ensure exceptional quality across every deliverable. You’ll collaborate closely with directors, producers, and multidisciplinary teams (3D/2D designers and programmers) to transform briefs into compelling visual concepts—delivered with consistency, precision, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development & Design: Create innovative visual concepts and design solutions for projects such as projection mapping, light shows, exhibitions, 3D animations, interactive installations, immersive experiences, and VR—based on the initial brief provided by the client or directors.
- Artistic Leadership: Define and guide the overall visual style of each project, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and brand guidelines. This direction is often communicated through visual presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with 3D and 2D designers, programmers, producers, and other creatives to execute projects efficiently and at the highest standard, following the production schedule set by the producer.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs reflect ONIONLAB’s style while also meeting each client’s brand guidelines, communicating identity, values, and messaging clearly.
- Client Communication: When needed, connect with clients to understand objectives and preferences, present proposals, and gather feedback to move the project forward.
- Review & Validation: Review all produced content before delivery, ensuring it is free of errors, artifacts, blank frames, or any imperfections.
- Feedback Tracking & Resolution: Document all feedback related to your work (from directors and clients) in the project’s Google Doc (or similar), ensure each point is addressed in revisions, and—when possible—also record the feedback shared with the design team to maintain clarity and alignment.

What You Bring:

- Strong ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and coherent art direction.
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and aligning multiple stakeholders around a visual vision.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset, especially in final reviews and delivery.
- Strong communication skills for presenting work internally and to clients.
- Comfort working with tight timelines and structured production calendars.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director in a similar role within production companies, studios, or agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y dirigir campañas que reflejen la esencia de las marcas y capten la atención del público objetivo.
• Desarrollar conceptos innovadores y visuales que combinen storytelling, diseño y tecnología para campañas experienciales impactantes.
• Trabajar estrechamente con copywriters, estrategas, producers y otros equipos internos para garantizar la integración perfecta de ideas y ejecuciones.
• Comunicar conceptos y propuestas de manera clara, persuasiva y profesional.

• 5-6 años de experiencia en una posición similar
• Excelente gusto en la dirección de arte y la edición de video.

• Entender el funcionamiento de los distintos medios para dar respuestas 360 en las campañas.
• Manejo fluido de herramientas de Adobe tanto off como on. Valorable tener conocimientos en Motion Graphics.
• Se valorará la experiencia y manejo de entornos IA y su integración en el trabajo.
• Nivel alto de inglés ya que se trabaja con clientes internacionales y es necesario conceptualizar directamente en inglés.

• Realizar atenciones, curas de urgencia y primeros auxilios a los usuarios en caso de accidente o incidencia.

• Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad, higiene y primeros auxilios.
• Determinar el cierre o desalojo de la instalación en caso de inclemencias climatológicas u otras situaciones que lo requieran por seguridad.
• Mantener el orden, la limpieza y el buen estado del área de piscinas. Colocar y recoger hamacas y el material auxiliar de la zona de piscina.
• Detectar y comunicar cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento o reparación en las instalaciones.

• Titulación oficial y vigente de Socorrista.
• Experiencia en primeros auxilios y RCP.
• Dominio del español e inglés. Otros idiomas valorable.
• Actitud responsable, atenta y orientada a la prevención.
• Habilidades en comunicación y trato al cliente.
• Capacidad para mantener la calma y actuar con rapidez ante situaciones de emergencia.
• Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en hoteles o instalaciones similares.
