We are looking for true people who can delight our guests from the moment they walk in to the hotel. The students will become a part of our Front Office team who always strive to deliver the best service for our guests while working in a dynamic environment 🏨
What you’ll be doing 👇🏻
- Welcome guests with a warm welcome on arrival and bid them a fond farewell on leaving. Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
- Assisting other employees to ensure prompt guest service.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in front office and reservations supervising tasks and room allocations on a daily basis
- You will be a key player in helping our guests make the most of their stay at the hotel.
- Proactively engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services and requests.
- Working on upselling strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide information to guests about: outlets, staff and services, including hours of operation, room locations, types of rooms, room rates...
- Process payments and follow all payment and cash handling procedures.
- Handling complaints and solving with the support and training from the management team.
About the job
- Six months internship starting in June with 400€ monthly scholarship, accommodation and meals.

Nordic RentAway Spain is a small company based in Alicante, with property management, investment, and vacation home rental as our core services. Our company’s most popular service is property rental management. Candidate qualifications and profile
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, other languages are a great advantage
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
- Be passionate about Costa Blanca and promoting sustainable tourism
- Relevant educational degree, and hospitality sector experience
- Hold a driver’s license and vehicle
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned properties are prepared prior to check-in
- Prepare and inspect holiday homes prior and after guest stays
- Follow check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival to our holiday homes
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis, inform guests of our services
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints effectively
- Provide immediate assistance to guests as requested
- Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction

Full-Time, 40 hours/week: flexible schedule
Location: Hybrid, work from home and on-site in the Alicante Province
Entry salary: 1.500€ monthly net
