We're graphic designers with a serious notebook obsession, shelves full of half-used, forgotten ones. So, we decided to turn that habit into something more intentional: creating notebooks worth holding onto.

Uparte Notebooks is just getting started, and we’re looking for a Junior Community Manager to help us build everything from scratch. This is a chance to shape the voice and vibe of a brand from day one. If you’re creative, organized, and love social media, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
· Help create and schedule social media content
· Research fun and meaningful calendar dates (like Earth Day, Handwriting Day, etc.)
· Brainstorm post ideas that match our brand vibe
· Engage with early followers (comments, DMs, tags)
· Learn and grow with the brand

What We’re Looking For
· Passion for social media, design, and visual storytelling
· Strong eye for aesthetics and mood
· Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, Pinterest
· Self-starter, curious, and open to feedback
· Bonus: Interest in stationery, journaling, or creativity

Your Role: As a Proofreader and Voice recorder, you will play a crucial role in bridging language barriers and ensuring our resources resonate with our English-speaking audience.

The primary responsibility will be to review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of psychoeducational content translated into English. This content is created for corporate clients and covers a range of mental health and well-being topics, including stress management, resilience, communication, and psychological safety. The second part of this role will include voice recording meditation exercises in English, which will take place at our Madrid headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Content Review and Quality Assurance:
• Dive into psychoeducational materials, meticulously ensuring that psychological concepts, terminology, and language tone resonate with our corporate audience across the English-speaking population. Give feedback to the Clinical Corporate Team of ifeel to maintain high quality standards
• Assist in creating engaging and accessible content that reflects the values and mission of ifeel
• Voice Recording:
• Record meditation exercises in English with clarity, warmth, and emotional sensitivity.
• Participate in studio sessions at our Madrid office to ensure high audio quality
• Feedback and Revision:
• Collaborate with our Clinical Team to ensure accuracy and consistency in conveying therapeutic concepts
• Review and edit translated content to maintain high-quality standards
• Stay updated with mental health trends and terminologies in both languages to ensure relevance
• Participate in team coordination meetings to discuss content strategy and effectiveness
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. (desirable)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Must be based in Madrid and available for in-person studio recording sessions
• Experience in content translation, preferably in the mental health sector
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating engaging content
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

City Confidential es un grupo de digital media a la vanguardia de la innovación en marketing de contenidos y experiencial. En el proceso, te pediremos que nos redactes un artículo de prueba. No nos envíes cualquier cosa. Léete lo que buscamos a continuación y escríbelo con calma:

Elige un servicio, plan o sitio secreto que exista en Madrid. No queremos que escribas sobre un plan imaginario, ni que hagas un recopilatorio de planes. Redacta sobre una sola cosa real, pero que mole mucho y que muy poca gente conozca.

El texto tiene que ser corto (máximo 180 palabras además de la información que solemos poner al final, que también queremos ver en tu prueba).

Usa el "tono confidential". Es decir que tu texto ha de sorprendernos, cautivarnos (tiene que ser interesante y fácil de entender) y nos tiene que sacar una sonrisa o, mejor, una carcajada (tienes que tener ingenio para trabajar en City Confidential).
