En TÉCNICAS DE INSTALACIONES INTERIORES, buscamos jefe/a de obras para acometer proyectos de construcción en el sector retail.

Somos una empresa constructora con más de 13 años de experiencia en el sector y trabajamos tanto por España como en Portugal.

Buscamos:

• Experiencia como Jefe/a de obra.
• Titulación universitaria: Graduado/a en Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería civil, obras publicas, industrial...
• Conocimiento en el uso de AutoCad y programas BIM
• Manejo Menfis/Presto
• ACTITUD

Responsabilidades:

• Contratación de oficios
• Planificar, organizar, dirigir y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de edificación.
• Gestionar los recursos humanos y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos.
• Controlar el presupuesto y el plazo de ejecución de los proyectos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
• Representar a la empresa ante clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Experiencia como Jefe/a de obra en Edificación de nueva construcción.

- Grado en Edificación, Arquitecto, Ingeniero

- Disponibilidad de trabajar por España y Portugal

- Conocimiento AUTOCAD

- Manejo de Menfis/Presto

- Carnet de Conducir y Vehículo Propio

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare analytical batches to quantify drugs, anti-drugs antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) according to international guidelines and internal procedures.
• Perform the evaluation and treatment of results of analytical batches.
• Label proteins with biotin or Sulfo-tag.
• Support the Study Director in: (i) the resolution of problems, (ii) the preparation of SOPs and other study documentation.
• Carry out maintenance and calibration/verification of laboratory equipment.
• Actively support Laboratory Management in evaluating and implementing new processes and equipment.

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD, MSc or BSc in biology or related subject.
• Minimum 1-year experience in bioanalytical laboratories.
• Experience working with ELISA, MSD or other Ligand Binding techniques.  
• Understanding of international bioanalytical guidelines, and experience working under GLP/GCP regulations.
• Experience working with LIMS systems and with cell culture and qPCR techniques will be valued.
• Excellent level of English (Spanish – nice to have).
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Word and Excel.
