Role description

Beauchamp Estates are looking to expand our team and service offering to our clients and are looking for a proactive and experienced rentals professional to join the team as Head of Rentals to assist in building the service line and department. We are looking for an experienced rental professional with an existing network and detailed knowledge of current legislation and contract, lease agreements. The head of rentals will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, business origination, managing lease agreements, maintenance and tenant and landlord relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to create a best-in-class operation within a luxury boutique agency with a European wide network of offices.

Qualifications

-         Experience of the Marbella rental market

-         Experience in lease agreements, legislation and client relationships

-         Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

-         Organised and proactive approach to work

-         Strong time management skills

-         Entrepreneurial mindset 

-         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time office-based position working from our office on the Golden Mile.
