Creative & Digital Support Assistant (Part-Time – Hybrid, Barcelona)

🎭 Act Attack is Hiring!

We’re a small-but-mighty creative company in the world of theater, self-expression, and personal growth — and we’re looking for a talented, reliable support assistant to help us grow!

👉 This role has 2 focus areas. You can apply for one or both:

💡 Category 1: Digital Operations & Admin

Support the digital side of our brand by helping with:

• WordPress updates (Oxygen Builder – no coding needed)

• CRM tasks (Brevo & HubSpot), forms, automations & spreadsheets

• Admin workflows & project organization

🔧 You’re:

• Comfortable with WordPress, CRMs & spreadsheets (or a fast learner!)

• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

• Familiar with digital workflows

🎨 Category 2: Visual Content & Creative Support

Support our content team to keep our brand fun, bold, and professional.

• Design visuals (social media, newsletters, print)

• Assist with layout, copy & social content creation

• Maintain visual consistency & storytelling

🖌️ You’re:

• Skilled in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools

• Creative, with an eye for layout & branding

• Experienced (even a little) in social media content

✨ Bonus points (for either category):

• Light video editing (Reels, TikToks)

• Copywriting or newsletter experience

• Experience with Metricool, Later, or similar tools

• Passion for arts, acting, or personal growth

📅 Schedule:

• Part-time for both roles: 15–20 hrs/week

• Monday–Friday (approx. 3–4 hrs/day, flexible)

• Hybrid – mostly remote with occasional in-person time in Barcelona

💶 Compensation & Perks:

• €10/hour (net)

• Bonuses & room to grow

• Free access to 2 improv/acting classes/week (worth up to €500/month!)

📍 Location:

• Must be based in Barcelona or nearby

• Freelancer/autónomo status required
