Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Ibiza. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. They will also be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. The role requires hands-on management, including merchandising, inventory management, and coordinating showroom events.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
• Proven experience in Sales, particularly within a showroom or similar setting
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
• Previous experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
