We are looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to build brand awareness of the Fast Track brand.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in the marketing team, working closely under the guidance of the Creative Director. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining the creative direction of our company brand across all platforms (digital media placement, website, social channels, email marketing, collateral, presentations, etc).

Responsibilities will include a wide range of design tasks, including creating visually impactful designs for our landing pages and website, creating engaging marketing collateral, developing cohesive visuals for social media and contributing to the design aspects of our communications campaigns.

As a Graphic Designer at Fast Track you will ensure that all creative output aligns seamlessly with the strategic vision, strengthening and consistently representing our brand identity across digital and physical environments.

As a Graphic Designer at Fast Track, you will:

Execute the Creative Strategy

• Work with the Head of Digital Marketing and PR, Creative Director and CMO to implement a comprehensive creative strategy in line with our brand and business objectives.
• Contribute to the creation and management of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Regularly update marketing collateral to ensure it remains relevant and in line with our brand's visual and messaging standards.
• Keep abreast of market trends to contribute to our creative direction and maintain our brand's competitive edge.

Online Communications and Campaign Development

• Help guide the design and content of our customer touchpoints across multiple channels, including web, social media, print and more.
• Assist in the development of creative campaigns for product launches and new offers, ensuring they are consistent with our overall brand image and appeal to our target audience.
• Help oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring they are of high quality and delivered on time.
• Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives and campaigns.

Team Collaboration and Design Support

• Work as part of the Marketing team, supporting a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Participate in regular design reviews and maintain the standard of creative excellence within the team.
• Work across teams such as Marketing, Events, HR, Sales and Product to ensure consistency of brand messaging and design.

Requirements

• Degree in design, advertising, marketing or related field.
• Experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working under a creative director or in a similar collaborative creative environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in the creation of marketing and branding materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Good understanding of current market trends, consumer behaviour and marketing processes.
• Attention to detail and strong project management and organisational skills.
• Creative agility and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual strategies.
• Effectively uses the latest technology (including AI) to optimise design processes, staying at the forefront of digital innovation and brand presentation.
