To work on developing IKOS GROUP's activities in the whole country (Spain), we are recruiting a

Business Development Manager with a very strong entrepreneurial mindset and previous experience in the industry (railway and/or energy field).

Main Responsibilities

Our Business Development Manager is at the forefront of business growth.

• You will transform our customers’ challenges into success while developing our presence in Spain.
• You provide our customers with technical solutions (a team of engineers) that are tailored to their needs ( that is why we need a good knowledge of our sector ).
• Working with the Country Manager, you will be in charge of recruiting your own team of skillful engineering consultants and coordinate with the clients' technical needs.
• Some travelling will be involved to meet up with clients, prospects and consultants.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an engineering field (a plus!) + an additional degree in Management and/or an entrepreneurial spirit
• Spanish is your mother tongue
• You possess strong English skills (French will be a great asset!).
• You possess some previous experience and a deep knowledge of the railway sector (preferred), energy or transportation related sectors.
• You have a strong interest in projects that combine business development, technological innovation and managerial responsibilities.
• Reliable person, ready to big challenges and great communicator!
