Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Salamanca. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, performing system administration tasks, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems.
Qualifications

- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- System Administration and Troubleshooting experience
- Information Technology expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Sydney, NSW
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
