Are you ready for our exciting program?

12 months across different roles within the manufacturing area (Safety, Quality, Focus Improvement, Conversion etc)

You will have the opportunity from the first day to support and develop the projects that are assigned to you to achieve the defined objectives, complying with the standards of Quality, Food Safety, Safety of People and the Environment that the plant requires;

You will participate in focused improvement teams, following the Lean - Six Sigma methodology; Immersion in the IL6S methodology of the plant

After 12 months of challenges on the job, job you are well groomed to embark on a successful career!

You might be the one we are looking for if you have...

• University degree as Engineer
• First working experiences through internships in a production plant.
• Experience in production continuous improvement is valuable.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is valuable
• MS-Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
• Study and / or work experiences abroad are a plus.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Passion for our products.
• Ability to learn on the fly, self-initiative and team work skills
• An open mind and a willingness to take on new experiences.
• Communication, motivation and listening skills as well as idea leadership
• Analyze and problem solving skills, strategic thinking abilities
  
  
  

Please note that we will need to sign an agreement with the university to let you participate in our internship program.

Job Description

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Campaign Execution: Coordinate with Brand Ads commercial team to execute and Ad campaigns within our app.
• Establish a precise process to gather all materials and guarantee the delivery of campaigns on time
• Track campaign activation and implementation to correct any possible adversity
• Campaign Optimization: Fully understand campaign performance and improvements.
• Create dashboards and detailed reports to easily identify red flags and bugs
• Bring creative solutions to improve performance
• Reporting: Work closely with Account Managers to deliver valuable insights based on previous analysis and collaborate with brand reporting.
• Asset management and know how: Coordinate with global teams to fully understand how our assets and campaign tools work and to gather international best practices we could adopt.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  

Qualifications

YOU HAVE:

• Full time availability.
• Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing
• Experience working with Ads and campaign execution.
• Analytical and data driven to proactively identify opportunities and insights.
• Skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office (Excel or Google Drive)
• Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
• High level in English and Spanish is a must
